1.Set-up a Routine

If you have finally decided to study at night , then it is better to start with a regular routine for it ,because if you study with different schedule or for different amount of time ,it will make your brain confused and will not be much fruitful for you.
To avoid this , make a fixed routine for studying ,so that your body get used of it and it will provide best results for your efforts .

2. Rest

If you started studying at night then it is better for you to have some small amount of sleep during day time , to ensure proper rest for your brain ! As healthy brain is a key to successful study, so don't neglect sleep (best gift of nature ) and develop a healthy brain !

3. Study in a lighted room

If you study at night ,then it became an important factor for you to keep in mind , If you study in darker it will make an impression on your brain that you are studying at night ,that may distract your mind ,To avoid this study in a full lighted room (must be comfortable to your eyes!).

4. Time management

While studying at night, it is often seen that you may lose the track of time ,which makes it even important to have a time -table . It is often recommended by experts to have 5 to 10 minute break, after studying for every 50 minutes and it is also important to keep your body hydrated for a positive response .
